As many have heard Antarctica has had its floral awakening. Now this does not sound as a problem to some as there are some indigenous flowers, but these flowers have not been there for a long time. These flowers had gone dormant and have only now arisen from the rise of climate change, in a bad manner. Here are some of the effects and preventative measures for this environmental problem.
Water is consumed by the masses daily. However, the condition of the water is important as the contaminated water that is consumed can lead to disastrous problems. There are millions dead and many more illnesses contracted every year due to water pollution. Water pollution is the contamination of water with chemicals or other hazardous substances that are detrimental to human, animal, or plant health.
With the current state of consumption there is not enough time for every resource to restore itself. With this there are many issues. Firstly, resource depletion is the consumption of a resource faster than it can be replenished.
Nuclear energy has been looked toward with its benefits of being a cleaner and more renewable source of energy. However there are also downsides to it considering the other side of nuclear war and weapons.
As the years continue to pass it is both seen and, more importantly, felt how the weather is changing. Not in the same manner as the seasons changing but the gradual rise of heat and the cold getting colder. I see this especially where I live, Arizona. This has been the hottest summer we have had in many years, and it predicted to get higher than this. The cause of this all is climate change.
